"Get Out" is a short, interactive story game where players make small but meaningful choices to find their way out of a mysterious house with another unfriendly occupant. Built as a simple "choose-your-own-adventure" game, it invites players to find keys, and hopefully make the right choices to escape the house and its inhabitant. My goal was to build a low-pressure narrative experience that feels intimate, a bit mysterious, and hopefully entertaining. It is not a long game but each decision a player makes, impacts the clues they are given towards the end. I personally have always loved to write stories and this game was particularly fun to make and I hope players are able to enjoy it.
